Sleep is essential to good health and well-being, but many of us are not doing enough of it. The National Sleep Foundation’s Inaugural Sleep Health Index found that forty-five percent of Americans said that poor or insufficient sleep affected their daily activities at least once in the past seven days.

His new album Dream Cycle was written to help others in the same way – almost an hour of music designed to inspire rest, relaxation, wellness and meditation.
