Hedgeshool is the the self titled debut recording from this five-piece Celtic-rock band from Dublin. A combination of traditional material with pop/rock originals such as "Wings of a Dove," "Hedge School" and "Lambs to the Slaughter", Hedgeschool offers up high powered AOR styled music seldom heard in Celtic circles. With vocal and guitar licks comparable to Scorpions and Rainbow, Hedgeschool tackles Irish standards like "Rocky Road to Dublin," "Raggle Taggle Gypsy" and "The Foggy Dew" with perhaps more energy and drive than these songs have ever experienced.
